Warranty
We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Your S&B Evap cooler comes with a one year limited warranty on the water pump and three years limited warranty on other electric parts and components from the date of purchase, it also comes with a lifetime warranty on all molded parts. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts at no cost to the customer.
- In cases where repair is not feasible, a replacement unit may be provided.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual and safety guidelines.
- Any incidental or consequential damages.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. This will be required to process your warranty claim.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via phone or email to initiate a warranty claim.
- Product Inspection: Our technical team may require you to provide photos or conduct an inspection of the product to verify the issue.
- Repair or Replacement: If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will arrange for repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement of the product.
Important Notes:
- All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
- The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping or transportation costs related to the warranty claim, unless otherwise specified.
